Training 17-24 April 2012

This is the amount of training I accomplished during 8 days last week. It was a test to see if I could train quite (very) hard and still do the show in the evenings. It turned out to be possible so now I know that. I will, however, take down the intensity for a while now and go back on normal training. But now I am happy to have achieved this and I feel strong.
